60 minutes free, starting 30 minutes after you land or dock — giving you time to clear immigration and collect your baggage. After that, it's £10 for each 15-minute period commenced, agreed with you upfront, plus any extra parking charges the airport or port itself applies. Short local journeys carry a shorter grace period.
Your driver will always try to call or message you first. If we can't reach you, it's treated as a no-show 90 minutes after your free waiting time begins, and our no-show charge (the full fare) applies. If you're in touch and just delayed — lost luggage, a slow queue — we'll keep waiting instead, subject to the ongoing waiting charge.
